A night in the life of a NIGHT PORTER is never dull: you will meet and greet our guests as they arrive, assist with luggage, organise taxis, assist with directions and advise on local attractions – in fact generally be a font of knowledge for our guests
Opportunities to impress and provide exceptional guest service will be plentiful and will be widely acknowledged personally by our guests.
Previous experience in a similar role or in an alternative customer facing role would be beneficial, although your personality and commitment to team work and providing excellent service will be key deciding factors.
Salary: £14,000 - £16,000 pa. Staff benefits include 28 days holiday, ongoing professional development training and discounts within the group and at Muncaster Castle.
All candidates must have a valid UK work permit and excellent spoken & written English need apply.
