This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity ideal for a young Chef de Partie who is eager to learn, committed to quality & local produce and looking for the next role.
Located in the a pretty market town with excellent bus srvices to Winchester (7 miles) and Alton(10 miles).
Accommodation available if required.
Duties to include assisting the Head Chef with the preparation and cooking, stock rotation and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
