Assistant Restaurant, Bistro & Bar Manager.
If you are a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant, Bistro & Bar Manager who is looking for a fresh challenge in a top class environment, then our small and friendly team could be the ideal place for you. Working closely with the proprietors, this is very much a hands on role which includes all aspects associated with running a busy, top class restaurant, bistro and bar.
The successful candidate will join a committed and well established team, who are all dedicated towards maintaining and increasing the current high standards of service.
Duties includes working within all front of house areas, plus supervision of up to 5 staff and some ordering.
A knowledge and interest in wine would be an advantage.
Must be experienced at Michelin standard restaurants with expertise in both silver and plate service
The Old Plow is situated in the Chiltern Hills in an area of outstanding natural beauty and yet only 20 minutes from Junction 4 off the M40, only 10 minutes from the middle of High Wycombe and approx. 30 minutes from Oxford.
Our restaurant and bistro have a long history of high standards with a Michelin listing awarded seperately for both. Our speciality is seafood from Devon and French inspired dishes.
Live Out. Due to location, own transport is essential.
